Tubestar is an LED replacement lamp for florescent fixtures. It is designed for rail transportation bungalow use or use in a commercial/industrial workspace or warehouse. The units are also excellent lighting for cab or transit cars. The Tubestar has been designed to provide pure white light to give true color viewing. Tubestar is available with an LED tube and holding fixture for direct installment in sizes from 1 ft (.3m) to 6 ft (1.8m). It is also available as a direct replacement tube in an existing florescent lighting fixture. The LED tube may have an internal or external power supply/driver, and depending upon whether the existing ballast is electromagnetic or electronic, wiring modifications may be required. Special LED tubes (with internal drivers) are also available that may be mounted directly in the original florescent fixtures with an EM ballast without cutting wires or replacing the starter/ballast. Tubestars may be ordered with an RF filter installed to eliminate unwanted radio interference.

MOUNTING: Special LED Tubes may be mounted directly into existing Electromagnetic fluorescent fixtures. EM ballast and starter do not require disconnection.

NOTE: 48" LED Tube is located on far left of photo (hallway fixture) located on right. The 3 tubes to right of LED tube are fluorescent lamps with approx. same operating hours greater than 1 year.

Tubestar lamps and fixtures are available in lengths from 12 inches to 72 inches and lamp color temperatures from cool white to warm white.
